Frequently Asked Questions — Concrete Work in Colorado

What areas does Colorful Concrete serve?

We are based in Evans, CO 80620 and serve Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska — with most of our work in Northern Colorado, including Greeley, Windsor, Fort Collins, and Loveland. Call (970) 324-4187 to confirm coverage for your location.

How much experience does Colorful Concrete have?

Over 20 years of hands-on decorative and structural concrete work, across residential and commercial projects. Owner Aníbal leads every project personally, from estimate to final seal.

Are estimates really free?

Yes. We visit your site, measure, discuss finishes, and provide a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation.

What’s the best time of year to pour concrete in Colorado?

April through October offers ideal curing temperatures. We pour year-round when conditions allow, using cold-weather practices (heated enclosures, accelerators, curing blankets) outside that window.

Do you work with architects, designers, and general contractors?

Yes. We regularly execute decorative concrete scopes for architects, interior designers, and GCs, and can work from specifications, provide samples, and coordinate with project schedules.

How do I maintain decorative concrete?

Sweep or rinse regularly, avoid harsh de-icers the first two winters, and reseal exterior surfaces every 2–3 years. Interior polished floors need only dust mopping and occasional neutral-pH cleaning.

How is decorative concrete priced?

Every project is quoted individually — most of our work is fully custom, so size, finish, colors, and site conditions all shape the price. Decorative concrete typically costs less than natural stone, pavers, or tile, with less maintenance and a longer service life. Estimates are always free.
