Vintage Concrete
An aged, weathered surface built into new concrete. Vintage finishes soften a fresh pour, suit rustic and historic exteriors, and wear in rather than out.

Custom Saw-Cut Concrete
Precision cuts turn a plain slab into a pattern. We lay out grids, borders and custom geometry, then cut clean lines that also control where the slab relieves stress.

Stained Concrete
Acid and water-based stains soak into the slab instead of sitting on top, so the color reads deep and will not peel or flake off the surface.

Slab-on-Grade Polishing
We grind and polish the slab already in place. No demolition, no new pour, and far less downtime for warehouses, shops and showrooms.

Polished Concrete
Mechanically ground and densified into a hard, light-reflecting floor. No coating to strip and reapply, and it lasts as long as the slab underneath it.

Grind & Polish Concrete
Restoration for tired slabs. We grind off old coatings, adhesive and surface damage, then polish back up to the sheen level the space calls for.

Stamped Concrete
Stamped patterns give you the look of stone, slate or wood plank with the strength and lifespan of a poured slab.

Light Pole Bases
Formed, reinforced and finished pole bases with anchor bolts set to spec. We handle layout, conduit sleeves and grade for parks, lots and commercial sites.

Concrete Demolition
Removal and haul-off of old slabs, driveways and flatwork, with the subgrade cut, compacted and ready for what comes next.
Specialty Floor Finishes
Epoxy Flake Flooring
A resin base broadcast with vinyl flake and sealed under a clear topcoat. It shrugs off hot tires, road salt and shop chemicals, cleans with a mop, and hides the dust a bare slab shows. Surface prep decides how long it lasts, so that is where we spend the time.

Polished Concrete
One slab, finished twice. We grind, densify and polish the concrete already under your feet into a hard, light-reflecting floor — no coating to strip and reapply every few years. How far we take the grit sequence decides the sheen, and we set that with you before we start.

Decorative Concrete
Stamped, stained, saw-cut, vintage and cast relief work that makes a slab look designed rather than poured. Color goes into the concrete rather than onto it, so a Northern Colorado summer and a hard freeze do not take it back off.

Forms, rebar and conduit on one day; a finished, load-ready pad on the next. Almost everything that decides how long concrete lasts happens before the truck arrives — and almost everything you notice happens in the last hour of the pour.

Most concrete failures start under the slab, not on it. We cut and compact the subgrade, set the base and place reinforcement before a truck is ever scheduled — because a slab that moves will crack no matter how well the surface was finished.
You will know the pour date, who is on site and what happens next. Colorado weather moves schedules; when it moves yours, you hear it from us first rather than finding out from an empty driveway.
Edges, control joints, slope and cure get the same attention as the finish. That is the part you notice in year five instead of week one — water going where it should, joints holding, color still even.

What areas do you serve?

How long before I can use new concrete?
Foot traffic is usually fine after 24 to 48 hours, vehicles after about seven days, and concrete keeps gaining strength for roughly 28 days. Weather changes that schedule, so we give you the timeline for your specific slab before we pour.
Can you refinish concrete I already have?
Often, yes. Grinding and polishing, stains, vintage finishes, saw‑cut patterns and epoxy flake all work on an existing slab when the concrete underneath is sound. We look at the surface, the cracking and the exposure before recommending a finish.
Do you pour concrete in the winter in Colorado?
Yes, with planning. Cold‑weather pours need the right timing, mix and protection, and some work is better scheduled for warmer weeks. Interior floors, polishing and epoxy work continue year round.
Do you take commercial work?
