Polished Concrete Floors in Northern Colorado

What is polished concrete flooring?

Polished concrete is an existing or new concrete slab that is mechanically ground, honed, and polished with diamond abrasives to a smooth, reflective finish. It is one of the most durable and low-maintenance flooring options available for homes, garages, and commercial spaces.

A polished floor doesn't hide the concrete — it refines it. We grind through the surface in progressive stages, densify the slab, and finish at the sheen level you choose, from a soft matte to a mirror gloss. The result is a floor that handles decades of traffic without carpet fibers, grout lines, or vinyl seams.

Our Process

1. Slab evaluation and moisture testing

2. Coarse diamond grinding to expose the desired aggregate

3. Chemical densifier application to harden the surface

4. Progressive honing and polishing (400–3,000 grit)

5. Stain guard and final burnish

Ideal for: basements, garages, retail floors, restaurants, warehouses, and modern living spaces.
